ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION DRIVE

The Montrose Minute Men offer an annual subscription drive in June.  Your subscription entitles you to one-way emergency medical transportation to hospitals within our area, based upon availability, from June 1st to May 31st annually.

The Montrose Minute Men reserve the right to bill any third party insurance.

With a subscription, Montrose Minute Men will accept what your insurance company, or companies, pay as payment in full for emergencies.  This means your subscription will cover any balances left which are your responsibility.

If you have a subscription with the Montrose Minute Men and do not have any insurance, any bills for emergencies will be covered by your subscription.

Please note that your subscription does not cover van transportation.
